clips.team collects the information needed to run private team training: team names, admin names and emails, user names, login IDs, phone numbers when admins add them, invite details, uploaded clips, checks, resources, admin support messages, and team progress data.

We also collect basic technical information such as browser, device, request, and usage data so the service can load, stay secure, and troubleshoot issues.

Information is used to provide the app, authenticate users, manage invites and roles, store team content, show assigned clips and resources, generate reports, process billing, prevent abuse, and support the service.

Team admins can view team progress and reporting data for their team. Regular users see their own assigned clips, lists, toolkit resources, and progress.

Payments are handled by Stripe. clips.team does not store full card numbers. Stripe may collect payment details, billing details, and fraud-prevention information according to Stripe's own policies.

clips.team uses service providers to host and operate the product, including Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database, authentication, and storage, and Stripe for payments.

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers only as needed to operate, secure, bill, and support the service.

Team content, reports, and account information are kept while a team account is active or as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, or meet legal obligations.

Team owners can remove users and archive content in the app. For broader deletion or privacy requests, contact support@clips.team.

clips.team uses reasonable technical safeguards, team-scoped access, authentication, and private storage controls. No internet service can guarantee perfect security, so users and admins should keep passwords and invite links private.
