Terms

These starter terms are written for the way clips.team works today.

Using clips.team

clips.team is a private short-form training platform for teams. By creating a team, joining a team, or using the service, you agree to use it only for lawful team training and internal knowledge sharing.

Team owners and admins are responsible for the people they invite, the content they upload, and the accuracy of training materials, checks, resources, and reports inside their team.

Accounts and access

Users may access only the teams they are invited to join. Team owners and admins can assign profiles, invite or remove users, manage content, and view team progress reports.

You are responsible for keeping your password and invite links secure. If you believe someone has improper access to a team, contact a team admin or clips.team support.

Billing and usage limits

Paid access is handled directly with clips.team. The signed order, invoice, or payment link controls the billing terms for the team account.

Team accounts may include limits for users, admins, stored video minutes, monthly watch minutes, clip length, clip upload size, and resource upload size. These limits may be enforced to keep the service stable.

Team content

Teams keep ownership of the content they upload. clips.team receives the limited permission needed to host, process, display, store, and report on that content for the team.

Do not upload content you do not have the right to use, content that is unlawful, or content that creates unnecessary legal, medical, financial, or safety risk.

Service changes

clips.team may update, improve, limit, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We will try to avoid disruptions, but the service is provided as-is and may not always be available.

These terms may be updated over time. Continued use of the service after updates means you accept the updated terms.

Contact

Questions about these terms can be sent to support@clips.team. Team members should also contact their team owner or admin for team-specific access and content questions.
